New Leaf Arb: one tree surgery website for homeowners and utility contracts
Will and John run New Leaf Arb from Horncastle, covering Woodhall Spa, Wragby, Coningsby, Tattershall and Bardney. They do domestic tree surgery, but also utility line clearance and commercial work with their own MEWPs. That's three very different customers for one website.

Homeowners and contract managers, on the same site.

Three audiences
A homeowner wants a tidy job and a fair price. A utility contractor wants qualifications, insurance and the right access kit. The site needed to work for both without confusing either.
- 2
Separate service pages
So every type of work gets its own page: domestic tree surgery, utility arboriculture and line clearance, commercial tree work, MEWP access, climbing and dismantling, and felling and removal.
- 3
Live and linked
The site went live at newleafarb.co.uk and we sent Will the steps to link it to their Google Business Profile.
The website
Built to show the kit and the qualifications
In tree work, the equipment and the paperwork win the job. The site puts both up front: NPTC qualified, £10 million public liability insurance, a 23m tracked spider MEWP, a 13m 4x4 MEWP, tracked chippers and tipper trucks. A recent projects gallery shows the work, and direct numbers for both Will and John mean nobody waits for a callback.
