    1. Services

    Agass Marketing Solutions provides website design, local SEO and paid advertising services for UK-based businesses. Fees and ongoing services are set out in each written proposal.

    2. Scope and Results

    We agree the scope, fees and expected work in writing before a project begins. Search rankings and advertising results can change, so no specific ranking or revenue outcome is promised unless it is expressly included in a signed agreement.

    3. Website Services

    For website design services:

    • The standard website build is £399 one-off, or £599 for WordPress
    • An optional £30 monthly plan covers hosting, the domain, keyword tracking and requested changes
    • Your website only goes live once you have reviewed the free draft and confirmed you are happy with it
    • You own the content and design of your website
    • We will teach you how to connect your website to your Google Business Profile
    • We handle ongoing hosting and maintenance — you do not receive direct access to the code

    4. Payment

    All prices are in GBP. Website drafts are provided before payment, and payment is due only if you choose to proceed. Other services follow the payment terms in the written proposal.

    5. Client Responsibilities

    You agree to:

    • Provide accurate and timely information required for your project
    • Grant necessary access to your Google Business Profile when required
    • Respond to communications in a reasonable timeframe
    • Not engage in practices that violate Google's guidelines during the service period

    6. Limitation of Liability

    We are not liable for ranking or advertising fluctuations caused by search platform changes, competitor actions, market conditions or changes made outside our work.

    7. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
