Somerset Roofline Care: a roofing website the owner can run himself
Chris runs Somerset Roofline Care, covering Wells, Glastonbury, Shepton Mallet and the villages around them. He does fascias and soffits, guttering, cladding, chimneys and roof repairs. He wanted a proper website, and he wanted to be able to update it himself.

Draft first. Rebuilt the way he wanted it.
- 1
We built the draft first
We built a full draft of his site before he'd paid anything and sent him the link by text. Chris liked the design straight away.
- 2
He wanted control
Chris knows his way around WordPress and would rather make small changes himself than pay a monthly fee for them. So we rebuilt the site on WordPress, keeping the design he'd already approved.

Live on his hosting
The site went live at somersetrooflinecare.co.uk on Chris's own hosting, with SSL set up. It's his site, on his account, and he can edit it whenever he likes.
The website
Built for a roofline specialist
Roofing customers want to see the work before they call. The site has a recent projects gallery and before-and-after photos, and every service has its own page: fascias and soffits, guttering, cladding, chimney repairs and rebuilds, roof tile repairs, and roofline maintenance. An areas page covers Wells, Glastonbury, Shepton Mallet, Street, Cheddar and Wedmore.
