A website for an Ashford plumber who turns up when he says he will
Steve runs Reaction Property Service, fitting boilers, bathrooms and kitchens for homeowners and landlords around Ashford, Kent. He had five-star reviews but no website, so anyone who searched for him found a rating, a phone number and nothing else. Now they find a site that shows what he does and makes it easy to get in touch.

The brief
Steve does the full spread of domestic plumbing: new boilers, servicing, bathroom refits, kitchen plumbing, and the small jobs most plumbers won't come out for. He also works for landlords and letting agents. That's two different customers asking two different questions, so the site had to answer both without turning into a wall of text.
What we built
- A homepage that says what he does and where in one line, with his Google rating and a quote form on the first screen
- A separate page for each of his six services, so boiler installation and bathroom renovation each have their own page to rank for in Ashford
- A landlord page written for letting agents: between-tenancy repairs, safety checks and clear invoicing
- An areas page covering Ashford, Wye, Charing, Hamstreet, Hythe and Folkestone
- Call, WhatsApp and quote buttons fixed to the bottom of the screen on mobile
- Page titles, meta descriptions, local business schema and Google Search Console set up at launch
The detail that matters
The detail that matters: a review button
Most trades ask for reviews at the door and hope the customer remembers. Steve's homepage has a "Leave me a review" button that opens his Google review form directly. When a job goes well he sends the link, and the customer is two taps from leaving a review. More reviews means more people pick him over the next name on the map.
Why it works for a plumber
People searching for a plumber are usually in one of two moods. Something has broken and they want someone today, or they're planning a bathroom and want to know they can trust you. The phone and WhatsApp buttons serve the first group. The service pages, photos of his work and reviews serve the second.
